An Engineer with specialized technical expertise in public procurement, human resource management, renewable energy engineering, project evaluation, management and administration with a master’s degree in Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering (renewable energy/processing option) from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Ph.D in the same field of study at the University of Nigeria Nsukka.
